■Flow Bot Process

First, connect Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Runway to Yoom.
Next, select Google Sheets as the trigger and set the “When a row is added” action.
Then, set Runway’s “Create Video” action as an operation to start generating a video based on the information in the spreadsheet.
Set the “Wait” action as an operation to allow time for video generation to complete.
Next, set Runway’s “Get Task” action as an operation to retrieve information including the URL of the generated video.
Finally, set Slack’s “Send a message to a channel” action as an operation to send a completion notification and the video URL to the specified channel.

※“Trigger”: An action that initiates a flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

For the Google Sheets trigger settings, specify the spreadsheet ID and tab name used to manage video generation instructions.
For Runway’s “Create Video” action, select the desired video aspect ratio (Ratio).
For Slack’s “Send a message to a channel” action, specify the channel ID where you want to send the completion notification.
For the “Wait” action, set the desired waiting time and unit to determine the interval between completion checks.

Connect Google Sheets, Runway, and Slack to Yoom.
You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.

The “Wait” operation is available on the Personal plan and higher. On the Free plan, the operations and Data Connect settings configured in your flow bot will result in errors.
