■Overview

Transcribe the audio files submitted via the form for legal submission, translate them into English, and notify each sentence through a chat tool.

By using AI to simultaneously transcribe and translate, manual work can be minimized.

■Creation Method

① Select the form trigger from the triggers.

② Prepare a file-type question for attaching audio data for legal submission and various questions such as a remarks column in the form's question items.

③ On the next screen, store and input demo audio data and various questions as a sample and save them.

④ Press the + mark under the trigger, select the operation to transcribe the audio data, choose the action "Japanese Audio Transcription," and proceed to the next step.

⑤ For the file attachment method, select "Use Retrieved Value," set the response item to store the audio data set in the form trigger from the candidates, and test and save.

⑥ Press the + mark, select the operation to translate, and choose the translation action for text within ●● characters.

※ If a large number of characters are expected to be transcribed, please select within 15,000 characters.

⑦ On the next page, input the output (analysis result) transcribed in ⑤ into the target text, set the format and conditions as desired, and test and save.

⑧ Press the + mark, select LINE WORKS from "Integrate with App," and choose the action to send a message to the talk room.

⑨ On the next page, set the bot ID and talk room ID, and complete the settings by establishing the transcription analysis result and translation result in the message content.
