■Benefits of using this template
Salesforce is a very powerful tool for customer management, but manually adding tasks to Jira Software every time a ToDo object is registered can lead to human errors and information omissions.
By utilizing this flow, necessary information is automatically added to Jira Software when a ToDo object is registered in Salesforce, eliminating the need for manual input by the person in charge, allowing them to focus on more important tasks such as processing ToDos and customer support.
Additionally, it prevents data entry errors and information omissions, enabling accurate and efficient ToDo management.

・Please integrate both Salesforce and Jira Software with Yoom.
・Salesforce is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections set in the Flow Bot will result in errors, so please be careful.
