🔧 What You’ll Need
If you don’t have a Yoom account yet, register now from this registration form!
After logging into Yoom, go to "My Apps" from the left side menu and click "+ Add".
Search for "Anthropic (Claude)" from the app list and select it.
Enter an account name.
Use a name that's easy to recognize, such as your company name or the person responsible for the account.
To get your access token, follow the instructions in this guide.
Once all the required fields are filled, click "Add" to complete registration.
⚠️ Note: Databases created after registering with Yoom cannot be linked, so make sure to prepare the database you plan to use before registering in My Apps. If you’ve already linked it with Yoom but need to use a new database, you’ll need to register in My Apps again.
Search for Notion in the app list and select it. Make sure to create a database like the one below.
Log in with your Notion account. When the following screen appears, click "Select a Page".
Select the page(s) to grant access to the database and click "Allowing Access".
Click the "TryIt" button to copy the pre-built template into your project.
Click "Try this template".
Click "OK" and give the Flowbot a name to recognize.
The template will be copied to your "My Project".
In this step, let's set up a form trigger. Select the trigger action "Form".
Now let’s create a form.
For this example, we created a form as below.
The questions are pre-configured but you can change it to your needs. You can delete questions using the trash icon or add new ones with the “+ Add” button. Customize the questions to gather the necessary information.
When you scroll down the page, you can set what will be displayed after the form is submitted.
If it's not needed, you can just leave it blank.
You can set other optional settings if needed.
Once you've finished your settings, click "Next" to proceed.
Enter the "Retrieved Values" at the bottom of the page.
For this test, we’ve filled it out as below, but once the flow is working the form response will be automatically retrieved.
Once you've finished the settings, click "Save".
Next, click "Organize Question Content".
Set up the settings to instruct Claude.

Let's set up the instruction for Claude.
The example sentences are provided. You can use them or modify them.
Select "Question Content" from the retrieved value. The selected item will be displayed as shown in the red frame. This indicates that the value is being referenced, allowing you to use the value obtained by the trigger action directly.
If you enter fixed question content here, the same result will be generated every time the flow is activated, so make sure to select from the retrieved value instead.

Once set, click "Test."
After confirming the text is generated successfully in the retrieved value, click "Save."
Click "Add Record".
Specify Notion Database ID for adding records.
When you click the input field, as shown in the image below, a list of available options will appear.
Once the setting is complete, click “Next”.
Now let's configure the detailed settings.
For this case, we select "Question Content" from the retrieved value of the forms in the Question field, and the "Response Content" generated by Claude in the Answer field.
By setting it this way, you can automatically use data from previous actions to update to Notion.
Once the setup is complete, click "Test".
If the test is successful, a new record will get added to Notion.
Once confirmed, don't forget to click "Save"!
Toggle the "Trigger ON" button to activate your flow!
That's it! 🎉 Your Flowbot is complete!
