Before You Begin

First, if you do not have a Yoom account, please create one from the Yoom Account Creation Page. You can start immediately!

Step 1: Connect HubSpot and Microsoft Teams to My Apps!

(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left menu and then choose "+ New Connection".

(2) From the list of new connections in My Apps, click on HubSpot.
(3) If you have an account, click "Sign in to your HubSpot account".

(4) Enter your email address and password on the login screen and log in.

(5) Next, register Microsoft Teams in My Apps. Click on Microsoft Teams from the list of new connections in Yoom, just like in step (1).
(6) Sign in to Microsoft Teams. Once the connection is complete, Microsoft Teams will be registered in Yoom's My Apps.

Step 2: Set the Trigger!

This time, we will use the provided template.
(1) Click on "When a new contact is created" in the app trigger.

(2) If there is no error in the account information linked with Hubspot, click "Next".
(3) The API connection settings screen for the app trigger will appear, so enter the trigger start time and database ID, and click "Test".
If there are no errors, click "Save" at the bottom.
※ Trigger start interval → You can choose from intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
※ The selectable intervals may vary depending on the plan.

Step 3: Set the Action!

(1) Next, click on "Notify Microsoft Teams".
(2) If there is no error in the account information linked with Microsoft Teams, click "Next".
(3) Enter the team ID, channel ID, and message, and click "Test".
If there are no errors, click "Save" at the bottom.
