In today's business environment, speed and efficiency in operations are increasingly emphasized.
In particular, processes related to compliance and risk management require quick and accurate responses.
Therefore, this time, we will explain how to automatically conduct anti-social checks with RISK EYES triggered by responses in Google Forms and notify stakeholders of the results via Outlook.
Anti-social check tasks, which usually take time when done manually, can be expected to reduce the risk of errors and improve efficiency through automation.
We will also explain the steps to integrate without code, so please refer to them.

Recommended for

  • Those who are already using RISK EYES and Google Forms in their business
  • Those who want to streamline the anti-social check process and prioritize speed
  • Those who want to automate workflows and reduce human errors

Benefits and Examples of Integrating Google Forms and RISK EYES

Benefit 1: Improved Workflow Speed

By quickly conducting anti-social checks with RISK EYES on information collected via Google Forms and notifying stakeholders of the results via Outlook, time savings compared to traditional manual processes can be expected.
For example, it used to take several hours from manually entering form response data into RISK EYES, waiting for results, and then emailing stakeholders.
With this automation, the process from response to result notification is completed quickly, leading to improved operational efficiency.

Benefit 2: Reduction of Human Errors

Manual data entry and verification tasks are prone to errors.
However, by automating data transmission from Google Forms to RISK EYES, prevention of human errors can be expected.
Specifically, the information entered by respondents is used directly for anti-social checks, preventing inaccurate search results due to name or address input errors, and reducing errors in information sharing through accurate result notifications via Outlook.

Benefit 3: Rapid Information Sharing

By using Outlook to automatically notify stakeholders of results, important information can be shared quickly.
After anti-social checks with RISK EYES, manual sharing can sometimes be forgotten, but since notifications are automated, rapid information sharing is possible.
For example, anti-social check results for recruitment candidates or business partners can quickly reach the HR department or management, facilitating smooth decision-making.
This allows for quick responses without missing business opportunities.

From here, we will set up using Yoom's template 【Conduct anti-social checks with RISK EYES based on responses in Google Forms and notify results via Outlook】 as the integration flow.

I came across Yoom when I was searching for ways to improve work efficiency on a daily basis at a small and medium-sized enterprise in a region where human resources are limited. I was casually thinking that it would be nice if this were the case, and by introducing Yoom, we can make it so much more efficient! I'm moved. Even though I have no knowledge or experience with systems or programming, my work has changed drastically, so I'm writing that I hope I can share it with many people who feel the same way.
