HubSpot's form feature is very useful for sales and marketing as it allows you to gather visitor information. However, compiling the form content from HubSpot into applications like kintone can be time-consuming. This is where Yoom comes in handy for automating such tasks. With Yoom, anyone can easily integrate applications and even automate them. This article will introduce "How to store information sent from HubSpot forms into kintone."
Benefits and Automation Examples of Integrating HubSpot and kintone
Here are some benefits and automation examples of integrating HubSpot and kintone.
1. Manage Contact Information Centrally
The first benefit and automation example of integrating HubSpot and kintone is the ability to manage customer information centrally. For example, when a new contact is created in HubSpot, you can also register that information in kintone. Additionally, it is possible to register only the necessary information such as name and email address. You will be freed from the hassle of manually entering information every time customer information is updated.
2. Real-Time Mutual Information Updates
The second benefit and automation example of integrating HubSpot and kintone is the ability to update information in real-time. For instance, when a contact is updated in HubSpot, the information can be immediately updated in kintone as well. This ensures that newly entered information is not missed, which is very convenient. Moreover, the efficiency of the entire team is improved, allowing for smooth operations.
3. Easier Management of Transaction Information
The third benefit and automation example of integrating HubSpot and kintone is easier management of transaction information. For example, when a new transaction is added in HubSpot, it can also be reflected in kintone. This helps prevent any omissions or leaks in information management. Additionally, it saves the trouble of opening both different applications to check company information.
How to Create a HubSpot and kintone Integration Flow
So far, we have introduced the benefits of integrating HubSpot and kintone with specific examples.
Let's actually integrate applications using HubSpot and kintone. The no-code tool Yoom is necessary for application integration. This time, let's automate tasks using Yoom. If you already have a Yoom account, please log in. If you haven't issued an account yet, click here to issue one.
This time, we will create the following flow: "Store information sent from HubSpot forms into kintone."
How to Connect HubSpot and kintone to Yoom
To integrate HubSpot and kintone, you need to register an app with Yoom by completing the My App Registration. For information on registering your HubSpot app, please refer to here to register. Similarly, kintone can be registered here just like HubSpot. Once the My App Registration is complete, check your My Apps section, and if HubSpot and kintone are listed, the registration is complete.
Next, copy the template to My Project and create a Flow Bot. If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the Flow Bot template from below.
1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details" 2. Click "Try This Template" on the redirected page 3. Register for Yoom * If you have already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.
How to Store Information Submitted from HubSpot Form into kintone
This time, we will challenge the creation of a flow to "store information submitted from a HubSpot form into kintone". There are only two steps, so you can create it quickly.
Set the trigger to activate with information submitted from a HubSpot form
Set the action to store in kintone
Once logged into Yoom, select the project you want to create a flow for from the "Project List" on the left. If you are creating a new project, please create it from the "+" next to the "Project List". Since we are creating a new flow, start with "Create New" → "Create from Scratch".
Enter the "Title" and "Description" yourself, and select "When a specific app event is received" as the condition for the flow bot to activate.
Enter the "App Trigger Title" yourself and set the "Trigger Action" to "When the form is submitted".
Once you have moved to this screen, set the "Trigger Activation Interval" yourself. (Trigger activation interval → You can choose from intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes. * The selectable content of the activation interval changes depending on the plan.) Select the "Form ID" from the candidates. Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
Next, move on to setting the action to store in kintone. Click the "+" at the bottom of the Kintone app trigger you set earlier. When the following screen is displayed, select "Operate Database" and click kintone.
When the following screen is displayed, enter the "Title" yourself and set the "Execute Action" to "Add Record". In the "Database Integration" field, enter the "App ID". The app ID is the part "/k/●●●/" in the app URL.
When the following screen is displayed, enter the values for the records to be added. Click the input field for the item to select the HubSpot output, then click the red frame. Select the output that matches the item. Once all inputs are complete, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
Once the settings up to this point are complete, all that's left is to turn the trigger "ON".
Advanced Integration Flow between HubSpot and kintone
This time, we introduced a flow where "information submitted from a HubSpot form" is "stored in kintone." Being able to save HubSpot form content in kintone is a very convenient feature as it eliminates the need for manual input. However, what you can do with Yoom is not limited to this. We will introduce advanced flows using HubSpot and kintone, so please try implementing the flow bot.
The first flow is "When a new contact is added to HubSpot, store it in kintone and notify Google Chat."
This template follows the flow below.
When a new contact is registered in HubSpot
Register the contact information in kintone
Notify in Google Chat
By using this flow, you can eliminate the hassle of entering data multiple times in each application. Additionally, it helps prevent common information omissions and errors that occur with manual entry.
The second flow is "Create an invoice from the HubSpot contact page and send an email to Outlook."
This template follows the flow below.
Launch from the contact details page
Register billing items
Issue documents
Send email
By using this flow, you can automatically handle everything up to invoice creation just by setting information such as billing items and amounts. It registers billing items and issues documents, reducing the burden of work. Additionally, you can add approval from a person in charge during the flow, allowing you to thoroughly check the billing details.
Summary
In this article, we explained the flow of "storing information submitted from HubSpot forms into kintone." By using this flow, you can centrally manage customer information and easily manage transaction information. The integration of HubSpot and kintone will greatly expand the scope of operational efficiency.
There are many more app integrations you can do with Yoom, so try connecting with various apps. Also, Yoom offers a two-week free trial, so take full advantage of it to save time on your tasks.

I've been working as a writer since my job in child welfare, and I'm currently writing a blog on Yoom.
While being surprised by the work efficiency improvements that can be made with Yoom, I would like to share that excitement with everyone and contribute to society.
I'll tell you about application integration and automation that even I, who has zero programming knowledge, can do.
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
