Step 2: Set Triggers and Actions
This time, we will use a prepared template.
Click "Try it" on the banner above.
If you are using Yoom, log in; if you are new, please register.
Proceed, and the template will be copied to My Projects.
If necessary, you can rename the template.
Click My Projects on the left, and the copied template will appear.
Click the ellipsis (...) on the right and select Edit.

This time, there are two steps.
Let's set them up together!

Let's set up the app trigger.
Select "When a page is created or updated in Notion".
Check the account information to be linked.
Keep the action as it is and proceed to the next step.
Trigger activation interval → You can choose from intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. A shorter setting is generally recommended.
※The plan may change the available activation intervals.
Test → If the test is successful, save it.

Next, click "Notify Microsoft Teams".
Again, check the account information to be linked.
Keep the action as it is and proceed to the next step.
On the next screen, set the following items.
- Team ID and Channel ID: Select from the options
- Message: This time, we set it as follows. You can select the content you want to notify from the output.
[Line break] Enter <br>
[If you want to mention someone] Include <at id='{mention ID}'>{mention display text}</at> in the message
The outputs that can be extracted with the Notion integration are as follows.
- Page ID
- Page Title
- Creation Date
- Last Updated Date
- URL

Once selected, test it.
It was displayed like this in Microsoft Teams.

You were able to confirm the message properly!
Finally, turn the app trigger switch to [ON] to complete.
Thank you for your hard work!
Even I, who am not familiar with programming, was able to do it!
