Step 1: Integrate Square and Notion with My Apps

First, integrate the apps you will use with Yoom.
After logging into Yoom, click "+ New Connection" from "My Apps" in the left menu.

When the "New App Connection" window opens, search for each app name.

When integrating Notion, make sure to create the database you will use in advance.
If you create it later, you will need to re-integrate the database.

Make sure that the created database is checked in "Select Page" and proceed with the integration.
Once the My Apps integration is complete, it will be displayed in the list.

Once you have confirmed this, you are ready to go!

Step 2: Set Up App Trigger with Square

The initial setting is "When a payment is created".
On the first page, the account information of the Square linked with My App is displayed.

Change the title to something easy to understand, check the account information, and proceed to the next step.

On the next page, set the trigger activation interval.

This setting checks whether a payment has been created in Square at specified intervals and activates the flow.
The selectable time varies depending on the plan, so please be careful.

After setting the activation interval, make a test payment in Square and click "Test".

If the test is successful, you can obtain the information of the test payment in the output.

Once you have obtained the output, click "Save" to complete the app trigger setup.
Make sure to confirm that the "Status" in the above output is properly obtained, as it will be used in the next setting.

Step 3: Set Up Branching

Next, set up branching with "Command Operation".

By setting it as shown in the image above, only the outputs with "Status" as "COMPLETE" obtained in the "When a payment is created" flow will branch and proceed to the next flow.

Once the setting is done, click "Save" to complete the branching setup.

Step 4: Set Up Adding Records in Notion

The final setting is "Add Record".

Similar to Square, on the first page, check the account information and modify the title, then scroll down to enter the Notion database ID.
