This time, we will provide a detailed explanation with images on how to create a flow bot that automates the workflow of "summarizing the contents of meeting minutes registered in the Notion database and notifying Microsoft Teams."
The creation process of this flow bot consists of 4 stages.

First, click on "View Details" on the banner of the template below, and proceed with the registration of Yoom from the button "Try this template" at the bottom of the migrated screen!
If you have already completed the registration, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in!
Preparation
Before linking Notion and Microsoft Teams with Yoom, prepare a Notion page in advance.
For the meeting minutes, we created it as follows.

Once the preparation of Notion is complete, proceed to the next step.
My App Integration

Once the copy of the template is completed, move to the page called "My Projects."
Next, let's link Notion and Microsoft Teams with Yoom.
This is called "My App Integration."
↓
Click on "My Apps" from the menu displayed on the left side of the screen.

Click the "Create New" button at the top right and enter "Notion" in the search window.

When you move to the screen as shown above, press "Select Page."

Select the page to link with Microsoft Teams.
Then click "Allow Access" to complete the integration of Notion and Yoom.
Next, we will integrate Microsoft Teams with Yoom.
The integration of Microsoft Teams with My App can be completed quickly if you are logged into Microsoft 365.
Therefore, please log in in advance.
↓
As before, enter "Microsoft Teams" in the search window and click the Microsoft Teams icon.
The screen will switch to Yoom, and the integration will be completed.
The two apps, Notion and Microsoft Teams, have been integrated with Yoom.
Next, let's set up the contents of the flow bot!
Notion Trigger Settings
Select My Projects from the menu on the left side of the screen to move to the page to create a flow bot. Click on the "【Copy】Summarize the contents of the meeting minutes registered in the Notion database and notify Microsoft Teams" that you copied earlier.
Then press "Edit" at the top right.
↓
Press "When meeting minutes are registered" on the Notion icon.
When using a template, the necessary items such as title and trigger action are already set.
Therefore, after confirming that the account information to be linked is correct, proceed to the next step.
↓

Move to the page to enter the Notion database ID.
Copy the database ID from the Notion URL and paste it into the box above.
Then press the button labeled "Test" below.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, click Save.
Notion Settings

Press "Retrieve property information including meeting minutes using object ID" on the Notion icon.
For this setting as well, the necessary items are entered, so enter the database ID again and proceed to the next step.
↓

When the next page is displayed, set it as shown in the image.
Then press the button labeled "Test" below.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, click Save.
Summarize
Next, we will set up the content to be summarized.
Click "Summarize" labeled with AI and press Next.

Since the flow bot is created using a template, this setting can also be completed as is.
If you have any preferences regarding the number of characters, edit them and press the test button.
If "Test Complete" is displayed in blue, it's OK!
Microsoft Teams Settings
Press "Notify Microsoft Teams" on the Microsoft Teams icon.
Check the account information to be linked, and if there are no problems, click Next.
↓

Set the team ID and channel ID.

Click within the box to select from the displayed candidates.
↓

Scroll down the screen to find a box to enter the message content.
Click within the box and press "Summarize" in the red frame of the image from the displayed list.
↓

When you click "Summarize," an item called "Summary Result" will be displayed, so select it.

It will be added to the box when selected.
This way, when meeting minutes are added to Notion, the summary result will be automatically entered!

After that, use symbols to make it easier to read.
When entering a message in Microsoft Teams, note that line breaks require the HTML tag <br>.
Adding a word or a URL as shown in the image makes it easier to check the meeting minutes themselves.
Once the settings are complete, press the test button. If "Test Complete" is displayed in blue, it's OK!
Don't forget to press Save.
↓

When the creation of the flow bot is complete, the display will appear as above.
The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.
By keeping it ON, a notification will be sent to Talknote when meeting minutes are added to Notion.
This completes the creation of the flow bot using Notion and Microsoft Teams.
The template used this time is as follows, so if you are interested, please check it out.
