For global companies and those with overseas branches, communication across different platforms can be a significant challenge, don't you think? Particularly, differences in language and time zones can delay information transmission and reduce work efficiency. By integrating Microsoft Teams and Google Chat, smooth information sharing that transcends language barriers can be achieved. This article explains the specific benefits and methods of this integration.
Benefits of Integrating Microsoft Teams and Google Chat
Benefit 1: Enhanced Multilingual Communication
In global companies, isn't smooth communication between locations that speak different languages important? By integrating Microsoft Teams and Google Chat, messages posted on Microsoft Teams can be translated and the translated version can be posted on Google Chat. This enables smooth communication across language barriers, facilitating seamless collaboration among international teams.
Benefit 2: Unification of Communication Platforms
The integration of Microsoft Teams and Google Chat allows for smooth information sharing between teams using different platforms. For example, even if an overseas branch team uses Microsoft Teams and a domestic team uses Google Chat, important messages can be automatically shared with both, achieving unified communication. This is expected to improve work efficiency and prevent information transmission leaks.

Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
