How to Create a Connection Flow Between Zoho CRM and Hot Profile

The process to complete the flow will proceed as follows.

・Connect Zoho CRM and Hot Profile to My Apps
・Copy the template
・Set triggers in Zoho CRM and configure Hot Profile
・Turn on the trigger

Now, let's proceed with the new connection of the apps to be linked.

・Connect Zoho CRM and Hot Profile to My Apps

(1) First, connect Zoho CRM to My Apps.
After logging into your Yoom account, click "My Apps" on the left and search for Zoho CRM from "New Connection".

Search for and click on the Zoho CRM app icon.

(2) Enter the "Domain URL" and click [Add].
The first Zoho CRM connection is now complete.

(3) Next, connect the Hot Profile app.
Select Hot Profile in the same way as registering Zoho CRM to My Apps.

(4) Enter the "Account Name", "Access Token", and "Domain" for the Hot Profile you want to connect.
After entering the information, click [Add].

If the settings are done correctly, you will be taken to the My Apps screen of your Yoom account with both apps added.
Now, both apps are connected to your Yoom account.

・Copy the Template

After confirming that the new connection of the target app to your Yoom account is complete, click the icon for "Try this template" below.

The template will be copied, so click the "OK" button.

Move to the "My Projects" screen of your Yoom account and check the template content.

There are two setup flows.

・Zoho CRM Trigger Setup

(1) First, set up the Zoho CRM app trigger.

From the My Projects on the left side of your Yoom account screen, click "【Copy】Register lead in Hot Profile when a lead is created in Zoho CRM".

After clicking, the template content will be displayed as shown in the screen below.

(2) First, click on the trigger "When a new lead is created".

(3) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].
On the next screen, enter information such as "Trigger Interval" and "Spreadsheet ID".

Select any of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes for the "Trigger Interval".
*Note that the trigger interval varies depending on the plan.

(4) Enter the "Zoho Domain" and click [Test].
If there are no issues, click [Save] to complete the setup.
In this step, you can obtain information as output as shown below.
The output information can be quoted and utilized in the subsequent steps, as noted by "This value can be used in other operations."

・Hot Profile Setup

(1) Finally, click the second action "Register Lead".

(2) Enter the account information for the Hot Profile to be linked and click [Next].

(3) On the post-migration screen, enter information in fields such as "Company ID" and "Location ID".
Clicking the input bar allows you to utilize the output obtained in the previous step, as shown in the screen below.

(4) After entering the information, click [Test] and if there are no issues, click [Save].
This completes the setup.

・Turn On Trigger

By clicking the red-framed "Turn On Trigger" part of the screen below, the flow bot will automatically start.

Business card information is only registered if approved by the person in charge, preventing the registration of unnecessary information.

Transcribe and Summarize Meeting Content After Zoom Meeting Ends, and Register in Hot Profile Report Management

After a Zoom meeting ends, the content can be automatically transcribed and summarized, then registered in the Hot Profile report management.
