Create customers in Salesforce from Slack messages

■Workflow Overview

1. First, connect Slack and Salesforce to Yoom.
2. Next, select Slack as the trigger, set the action to “When a new message is posted to a channel,” and specify the target channel.
3. Then, set the AI feature action “Extract data from text” as an operation to extract customer information such as the company name and contact person from the Slack post.
4. Finally, set Salesforce’s “Add a record” action as an operation to create a new customer record based on the information extracted by AI.
