This workflow helps solve these challenges and streamline your recruiting operations by using the end of a Zoom interview as a trigger for AI to automatically organize candidate information and send it to Slack.

■Flowbot steps
- First, connect Zoom and Slack to Yoom.
- Next, select Zoom as the trigger and set the action to “When a meeting ends.”
- Then, set the Zoom operation “Get a list of webinar registrants” to retrieve information about the interview participants.
- Next, select the “Repeat” operation and configure it to repeat the subsequent steps for each candidate based on the retrieved candidate information.
- Then, set the “Generate text” action under the AI feature to have AI organize the retrieved candidate information in the specified format.
- Finally, set the Slack operation “Send a message to a channel” to send the AI-organized candidate information to the specified channel.
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.
■Customization options
- When configuring the Repeat operation, you can specify which information from the list of candidate data retrieved from Zoom should be used as the basis for repetition.
- For AI text generation, you can freely customize the instructions (prompt) for organizing candidate information. You can also include fixed text and information retrieved in previous steps as variables.
- For Slack notifications, you can customize not only the channel where messages are sent, but also the message body by entering fixed text or embedding values retrieved in previous steps as variables.
■Notes
- Connect both Zoom and Slack to Yoom.
- You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- The steps between “Repeat” operations are available on the Personal plan and above. On the Free plan, the configured Flowbot operations and Data Connect settings will result in errors.
- Paid plans, such as the Personal plan, include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise subject to restrictions. For details, see the Plans and pricing page.
- Note that the available actions vary depending on your Zoom plan.
- Currently, the following actions are available only on paid Zoom plans.
