■Flowbot steps

1. First, connect Box and your official LINE account to Yoom
2. Next, select Box as the trigger, set the “When a file is uploaded to a folder” action, and specify the target folder
3. Next, set the “Download a file” action for Box as an operation and specify the file retrieved by the trigger
4. Next, set the OCR “Read text from an image or PDF” action as an operation to extract text from the downloaded file
5. Finally, set the “Send a text message” action for your official LINE account as an operation and send the extracted text to your desired recipient

*“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

• In the Box trigger settings, specify the folder that should trigger the Flowbot
• When configuring the action to send a message from your official LINE account, specify the user ID of the recipient you want to notify

• Connect both Box and LINE to Yoom.
• The AI operation for OCR or audio transcription is available only on the Team and Success plans. On the Free and Mini plans, the configured Flowbot operation will result in an error.
