■How the Flowbot works

1. First, connect Box and your LINE Official Account to Yoom
2. Next, select Box as the trigger and set the action to “When a file is uploaded to a folder”
3. Then, set Box’s “Download a file” action as an operation to download the file uploaded by the trigger
4. Next, set up the “Branch” function as an operation so that subsequent steps run only when conditions such as the file name match your criteria
5. Then, set the OCR function’s “Extract text from an image or PDF” action as an operation to extract text from the downloaded file
6. Finally, set your LINE Official Account’s “Send a text message” action as an operation to send the extracted content to the specified recipient

* “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes information within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization options

• The Branch function lets you set custom conditions, such as the file name, file format, and file size. This allows you to send notifications only when specific files are uploaded
• For the action that sends messages through your LINE Official Account, set the recipient user ID as needed. You can send notifications only to specific team members or groups

• Connect both Box and LINE to Yoom.
• AI operations for OCR and audio transcription are available only on the Team and Success plans. On the Free and Mini plans, the configured Flowbot operation will result in an error.
• Paid plans, such as the Team and Success plans, include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (operations).
