■Flowbot steps

1. First, connect Box and Knack to Yoom.
2. Next, select Box as the trigger and set the action to “When a file is uploaded to a folder.”
3. In the operation, set the Box “Download File” action to retrieve the file detected by the trigger.
4. Next, use the data transformation features “Replace Data Using Regular Expressions” or “Convert File Name” to format the file name for registration in Knack.
5. In the operation, set the Knack “Upload File” action to upload the formatted file.
6. Finally, use the Knack “Create Record” action to create a new record and register the uploaded file information and other details.

• In the Box trigger settings, specify the folder ID to monitor for file uploads.
