- First, connect OneDrive and CloudConvert to Yoom.
- Next, select OneDrive as the trigger and set the action to “When a file is created or updated in a specific folder.”
- Set up a branching operation so that subsequent steps run only when the file is in PNG format.
- When the conditions are met, download the target file from OneDrive and use regular expressions to replace its file name with the desired format.
- Upload the file to CloudConvert, convert it to the specified format, and then download the converted file.
- Finally, upload and save the converted file to any folder in OneDrive.

- In the OneDrive trigger and file upload settings, specify the drive ID and folder ID you want to use.

- In the CloudConvert operation, you can specify the desired output format, such as JPG, GIF, or PDF.
- When renaming files, use regular expressions to freely define the strings and rules for replacement, enabling flexible file management.

- Connect OneDrive and CloudConvert to Yoom.
- Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers plans for home users and business users (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
- You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest available interval varies by plan.
- The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
- For details on the file size limits that apply to triggers and individual operations, see File Size Limits.
- Branching is an operation available on the Personal plan and higher. On the Free plan, the configured workflow operation will result in an error.
- Paid plans, such as the Personal plan, include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise restricted. For details, see the Pricing Plans.
- Due to app specifications, the file creation date and last modified date may not match, which could prevent branching from working correctly.
- Workflows with more than five operations can be configured on the Mini plan or higher. On the Free plan, the workflow will not run.
