■Workflow
- First, connect Google Forms and Google Drive to Yoom
- Next, select Google Forms as the trigger and set the “When a response is submitted to the form” action
- Next, set the Google Drive “Download a file” action as an operation to retrieve the PDF file submitted through the form
- Next, set the RPA “Operate the browser” action as an operation and record the steps for converting the PDF to an AI file using any online file conversion tool
- Then, if necessary, set the data transformation feature’s “Replace data using regular expressions” action to prepare the information to use in the saved file name.
- Finally, set the Google Drive “Upload a file” action as an operation to upload the converted AI file to the specified folder

■Customization Options
- In the Google Forms trigger settings, you can specify any form ID you want to connect. In addition to the submitted file information, you can also retrieve the responses submitted through the form and use them in subsequent steps
- With the RPA feature (browser operation), you can freely configure the URL of the online tool used for file conversion, as well as the series of browser actions from selecting the file to converting and downloading it
- With the Google Drive upload action, you can specify the destination folder and file name. For example, you can include form responses in the file name

- Connect both Google Forms and Google Drive to Yoom.
- You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on your plan.

- Downloadable files can be up to 300 MB. Please note that this limit may be lower than 300 MB depending on the app specifications.

- The browser operation is available only on the Success Plan. If you are on the Free, Personal, Mini, or Team Plan, the configured flow bot operation will result in an error.
