Create a Box in Streak when a file matching specific conditions is added to Box

■Workflow

1. First, connect Box and Streak with Yoom.
2. Next, select Box as the trigger and set the “When a file is uploaded to a folder” action.
3. Then, configure a branch in the operation settings so that subsequent steps run only when specific conditions, such as the file name or type, are met.
4. Finally, set Streak’s “Create a Box” action in the operation settings to create a new Box based on the information retrieved by the trigger.

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that processes information within the workflow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

• In the Box trigger settings, specify which folder to monitor.
• For the branch conditions, freely set which files should trigger subsequent steps, such as files with a specific name or extension.
• When creating a Box in Streak, freely configure additional information—such as the Box name, associated pipeline, and stage—together with the file information retrieved by the trigger.
