■Overview
When the status of a document in freee Sign is completed, a notification is automatically sent to a specified LINE WORKS chat room.
The notification content and the LINE WORKS room to which it is sent can be customized.
■Setup Instructions
1.Integrate each of the freee Sign and LINE WORKS apps with Yoom. (My App Integration)
2. Set the Webhook URL, which can be obtained with the "When document status changes" trigger in freee Sign, as the Webhook destination in freee Sign.
3. In LINE WORKS, use the "Send message to chat room" operation to configure the linked account, destination room, and message content.
4. When the document status is completed, the flow bot will activate and a notification will be sent to the specified LINE WORKS chat room.
■Notes
・Integration settings with accounts are required for both freee Sign and LINE WORKS.
・Please replace the LINE WORKS chat room and notification content with your desired values.
・You need to be using a plan that allows the use of Webhooks in freee Sign.
