■How the Flowbot Works

1. First, connect Box and Close to Yoom
2. Next, select Box as the trigger and set it to “When a file is uploaded to a folder”
3. Next, set the Box operation to “Download a file” and specify the file uploaded by the trigger
4. Next, set the OCR operation to “Extract text from an image or PDF” and extract text information from the downloaded file
5. Finally, set the Close operation to “Create Contact,” map the information extracted by OCR, and create a contact

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that performs processing within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

• In the Box trigger settings, you can specify the folder that should start the Flowbot using any content ID
• In the operation for creating a contact in Close, you can set any Lead ID when you want to associate the contact with a specific lead

■Notes

• Connect both Box and Close to Yoom.
• AI operations for OCR and audio transcription are available only on the Team and Success Plans. Please note that configured Flowbot operations will result in an error on the Free and Mini Plans.
• Paid plans, including the Team and Success Plans, come with a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and AI features (operations) that are otherwise subject to plan restrictions.
• Please note that OCR may not be able to read data containing more than 6,500 characters or text that is too small.
