■Flow bot steps
- First, connect Airtable and OneDrive to Yoom.
- Select Airtable as the trigger and set the “When a record is updated” action.
- Next, configure branching in the operation so that the workflow proceeds only when a file is attached.
- Then, configure Airtable’s “Download record file” action in the operation to download the file from the record that triggered the workflow.
- Finally, configure OneDrive’s “Upload file” action in the operation to upload the downloaded file to the specified folder.

■Customization options
- In the Airtable trigger settings, you can specify the table to monitor. You can also retrieve information such as file URLs and file names from any fields.
- In the OneDrive file upload settings, you can specify the destination folder and file name to use when uploading.
■Notes
- Connect both Airtable and OneDrive to Yoom.
- Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers plans for home users and plans for businesses (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
- Branching is an operation available on the Mini plan and higher. On the Free plan, configured flow bot operations will result in errors.
- Paid plans such as the Mini plan include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise subject to plan restrictions.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies by plan.
- The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
