■Flowbot steps

First, connect ClickUp and Google Chat to Yoom.
Next, select ClickUp as the trigger and set the action to “When a task is created.”
Next, set the ClickUp “Retrieve a task” action as an operation to retrieve detailed information about the task generated by the trigger.
Next, set the “Branching” feature as an operation to route subsequent processes based on specific conditions using the retrieved task information.
Finally, set the Google Chat “Send a message” action as an operation to notify the designated space with the retrieved information.

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes information within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization options

For ClickUp triggers and operations, set the IDs of the team, space, folder, and list targeted for automation to your preferred values.
For the ClickUp “Retrieve a task” operation, you can specify a specific task_id as a fixed value or set the ID retrieved in a previous step as a variable.
With the Branching feature, you can freely customize conditions for sending notifications based on information retrieved in previous steps, such as the task priority or assignee.
For Google Chat notifications, you can specify the space where messages will be sent and embed information retrieved from ClickUp, such as the task name and assignee, as variables in the message.
