Create a task in Wrike when a specific new task is added to an Asana project

With this workflow, whenever a new task is added to a specific Asana project, a task is automatically created in Wrike as well. This eliminates the tedious task of copying information between Asana and Wrike, making task management seamless.

■Flowbot Steps

1. First, connect Asana and Wrike to Yoom.
2. Next, select Asana as the trigger and set the action to “When a new task is added to a specific project.”
3. Then, configure the branching feature in the operation settings so that the workflow continues only when the task information retrieved from Asana meets specific conditions.
4. Finally, set the “Create a task” action for Wrike in the operation settings to create a task based on the information retrieved from Asana.

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that performs processing within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

• In the Asana trigger settings, specify the workspace ID and project ID where you want to detect newly added tasks.
• With the branching feature, you can freely set conditions for running subsequent steps based on the task information retrieved from Asana, such as “when the task name contains a specific keyword.”
• For the action that creates a task in Wrike, you can map information such as the task name and assignee retrieved from Asana to any fields in Wrike.

• Connect both Asana and Wrike to Yoom.
• You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Please note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
• Branching is an operation available on the Mini Plan and above. On the Free Plan, operations configured in Flowbots that use branching will result in an error.
