With this workflow, attachments are automatically saved to Box when an Asana task is completed, helping you smoothly resolve file management challenges across Asana and Box.

■How the flow bot works

1. First, connect Asana and Box to Yoom.
2. Next, select Asana as the trigger and set the action to “When a task in a specific project is completed.”
3. Then, configure Asana’s “Get attached file information” operation and combine it with the “Repeat” action in case multiple files are attached.
4. Within the repeated process, configure Asana’s “Download file” action and Box’s “Upload file” action to save the retrieved files to the specified folder.

※“Trigger”: An action that initiates the flow. “Operation”: An action that performs processing within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization options

• Specify any Asana project as the trigger.
• When uploading files to Box, you can set the file name and destination folder as needed. In addition to entering fixed values, you can flexibly customize the workflow by embedding information retrieved in previous steps, such as the Asana task name, into the file name as a variable.

■Notes

• Connect both Asana and Box to Yoom.
• You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
• Operations between “Repeat the same process” operations are available only on the Team and Success plans. On the Free and Mini plans, the configured flow bot operations and data connections will result in errors.
• Paid plans, such as the Team and Success plans, include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise subject to plan restrictions.
• The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
