Add comments from Figma to Notion

Launch this workflow to connect Figma & Notion !
■Overview
Do you find it time-consuming to manually transfer comments from Figma design reviews to Notion later? While this task is simple, it is also prone to missed comments and transcription errors. With this workflow, you can connect Figma and Notion to automatically add new comments to a Notion database. Eliminate the hassle of manual transfers and streamline your design feedback management.
■Who Should Use This Template
  • Designers and PMs who manage Figma design review comments in Notion
  • Anyone who wants to connect Figma and Notion and reduce the effort required to manage feedback
  • Team leaders who want to prevent mistakes and omissions in manual information sharing and improve operational accuracy
■Benefits of Using This Template
  • Comments are automatically sent to Notion whenever they are added to Figma, reducing the time spent on manual transfers.
  • By eliminating manual data entry, you can prevent human errors such as missed comments and input mistakes.
■Flowbot Workflow
  1. First, connect Figma and Notion to Yoom.
  2. Next, select Figma as the trigger and set the action to “When a new comment is added.” This starts the flow whenever a comment is added to the file being monitored.
  3. Finally, select Notion as the operation and set the action to “Add a record.” Configure it to add the comment details and other information retrieved by the trigger to the specified database.
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow; “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts
■Customization Options
  • When adding a record to Notion, specify which database to add it to.
  • For each field in the record, you can customize the workflow to insert values such as the Figma comment details retrieved by the trigger as variables.
■Notes
  • Connect both Figma and Notion to Yoom.
