With this workflow, you can automatically generate images with OpenAI based on information compiled in Google Sheets, streamlining the entire process. This improves the manual image generation process and frees up more time for creative work.

■Flow bot steps
- First, connect Google Sheets and OpenAI to Yoom
- Next, select Schedule Trigger as the trigger and set the schedule you want to use to start the flow bot
- Then, configure the Google Sheets “Get multiple records” action under Operations to retrieve the information used to generate the images
- Set up the loop feature to repeat the subsequent steps for the number of records retrieved
- Within the loop, configure OpenAI’s “Generate image from text” action to create images based on the retrieved information
- Finally, configure Google Sheets’ “Update record” action to add the generated image information to the original records

- For the schedule trigger, set the timing for starting the flow bot, such as daily, weekly, or monthly.
- For each Google Sheets action, configure the spreadsheet ID, sheet name, retrieval range, update fields, and other settings as needed.
- For the OpenAI action, choose the model used for image generation and customize the prompt as needed. You can freely customize the prompt using information from Google Sheets.
■Notes
- Connect Google Sheets and OpenAI to Yoom.
- Operations between “Repeat the same process” operations are available only on the Team and Success Plans. On the Free and Mini Plans, the configured flow bot operations and Data Connect will result in errors.
- Paid plans, such as the Team and Success Plans, include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are subject to restrictions.
- To run OpenAI actions, you must subscribe to an OpenAI paid API plan. (You must be able to make payments when the API is used.)
- OpenAI’s API uses usage-based billing based on the tokens consumed during API communication. If you are unable to make payments when using the API, an error will occur.
