■How the Flowbot Works

First, connect CO-NECT and Discord with Yoom.
Next, select CO-NECT as the trigger and set the “When an order is received” action.
Finally, set Discord’s “Send a message” action as the operation to notify a designated channel with the order information retrieved by the trigger.

In Discord’s “Send a message” action, select the channel where you want to send notifications.
In the notification message, you can embed dynamic data retrieved from CO-NECT—such as the order number, customer name, and product details—as variables alongside fixed text.

Connect both CO-NECT and Discord with Yoom.
You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
Available minimum trigger intervals vary by plan.
CO-NECT is available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free and Personal plans, operations and data connections in configured Flowbots that use CO-NECT will result in errors.
