This time, we'll create a flow bot that integrates data with X (Twitter) when a contact is registered in Google Forms!
We'll create it in the following major steps:
Let's register My App to connect Google Forms and X (Twitter) to Yoom.
By registering My App first, you can smoothly proceed with the automation settings.
Before connecting, create a response form in Google Forms!
※ This time, we will set it up assuming that responses like the image below are sent to the created response form.
1. Click on My App on the left side of the Yoom screen and select "Add".
Enter "Google Forms" in the search box at the top right and select Google Forms from the search results.
2. On the displayed screen, click "Sign in with Google".
3. On the next screen, select your account and click "Continue" on the following screen.
4. Next, register X (Twitter) with My App.
Similarly, click on My App on the left side of the Yoom page and select "Add".
Enter "X (Twitter)" in the search box and select X (Twitter) from the search results.
On the next screen, enter your email address and click "Next".
5. On the next screen, click "Allow the app to access".
If Google Forms and X (Twitter) are displayed in My App, registration is complete.

1. Click "OK" on the previous screen, then click the app trigger "When a response is submitted to the form" on the displayed screen.
2. Enter the required fields on the displayed screen. Keep the trigger action as is, and click "Next".
3. Set the details on the displayed screen. Select the "Trigger Interval".
*You can select the trigger interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.

4. Enter the "Form ID" according to the description below the input field.
After entering, execute "Test", and if successful, click "Save".
*The retrieved value can also be used in the next settings, as indicated by "These values can be used in other operations."

Enter the required fields on the displayed screen and click "Next".
2. Set up the API connection.
Select "Post text" from the retrieved value displayed when you click the input field.
After entering, execute "Test", and if successful, click "Save".
Click the "Turn on Trigger" button on the screen below to automatically start the Flowbot.
