Step 1: Connect Notion and X (Twitter) with My Apps

(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left column and click "+ Add".

(2) From the list of new connections in My Apps, click on Notion.
(3) From the access request image, click "Select Pages".

(4) Check the pages you want to allow and click "Allow Access".

(5) Next, connect with X (Twitter). Similarly, click on X (Twitter) from the list of new connections in Yoom.
(6) Log in with your account from the "Log in to X" screen.

Once the connection is complete, Notion and X (Twitter) will be registered in My Apps on Yoom.

This completes the My Apps registration.

Step 2: Copy the Template

We will use the template introduced earlier.
Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy it.
Once copied, the template will appear in your Yoom management screen as shown below, so press OK to proceed with the setup.

Step 3: App Trigger Settings

(1) Integrate with Notion to set up when a page in a specific database is created or updated.
Click on "When a page in a specific database is created or updated" in the app trigger.

(2) From the Notion "Select Integration Account and Action" screen, verify that the account information for integration with Notion is correct, keep the trigger action as "When a page in a specific database is created or updated," and click "Next."

(3) From the "App Trigger API Connection Settings" screen, select the trigger activation interval.
Select the trigger activation interval from the dropdown menu: 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
※ Please note that the shortest trigger activation interval varies depending on the plan.

Scroll down, check the red line, and enter the database ID.
Once the entry is complete, click "Test," and if no errors occur, click "Save" at the bottom.

Step 4: Operate Notion Database

(1) Next, operate the Notion database to retrieve records.
Click on "Retrieve Records (ID Search)."

(2) From the Notion "Database Integration" screen, verify that the account information for integration with Notion is correct, and keep the execution action as "Retrieve Records (ID Search)."

Scroll down and select the database ID from the candidates as shown in the image below.

Once the selection is complete, click "Next."
(3) From the "Database Operation Detailed Settings" screen, enter the conditions for the records you want to retrieve using the dropdown and Output.

Once the entry is complete, click "Test," and if no errors occur, click "Save" at the bottom.

Step 5: Integrate with X (Twitter) and Post

(1) Next, integrate with X (Twitter) to post.
Click on "Post."

(2) From the X (Twitter) "Select Integration Account and Action" screen, verify that the account information for integration with X (Twitter) is correct, keep the action as "Post," and click "Next."

(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, enter the text for the post.
By using output in the text as shown in the image below, you can quote information from Notion.
The following items are not mandatory. Please enter information in the necessary fields.

Once the entry is complete, click "Test" at the bottom, and if no errors occur, click "Save."

Step 6: Set Trigger to ON and Complete Flow Operation Preparation

Congratulations! All settings are now complete.
Once the settings are complete, a menu like the one below will be displayed, so turn the trigger ON.
