First, let's start with connecting Discord to Yoom.
After logging into Yoom, go to "My Apps" from the left side menu, and click the "+ Add" button.
Search "Discord" from the app list, and select it.

Enter the account name.
Use a name that's easy to recognize, such as your company name or the person responsible for the account.

To get your access token, create a new application from the Discord Developer Portal.

Give your app a name.
Then, upload an icon image for the app.
Once you save these settings, move on to the next step by selecting Installation from the left menu.

Next, set the permissions you want to allow from Discord to Yoom.

Click “Reset Token” on the Bot page to generate a new token.

Click "OK" and give the Flowbot a name to recognize.

The template will be copied to your "My Project".

Let’s start by setting up the Meeting File Upload Form using Yoom’s form feature.
We will configure the form so that the flow is triggered when a meeting audio file is uploaded.
Click on the form trigger action.

First, let’s set up the form content.
Set up the fields you want to include in the form for audio file submissions, using the “Required” fields.
You can also add additional information, such as the name and email address.

Then, review the form questions from the preview options.
Since we cannot submit a response to the form at this stage, upload a test audio file to the retrieved values.
Once set, click “Save” to complete the setup.

Now let’s set up the action to transcribe audio data.
This step involves using AI-powered operations. Click on the Transcription action.

Choose the action based on the audio length and task volume. Once you’ve selected your choice, click “Next”.

Fill out the required fields to transcribe the audio data.
In this case, we want to use the date retrieved from the form.
So select Use Retrieved Values and Meeting File to use the form's response to transcribe the audio.

Once set, click “Test”.
If the test succeeds, the retrieved value will be updated with the transcribed audio.

Once confirmed, click "Save" to complete the transcription setup.
Let’s set up the last action item to send the information to Discord. Click on Notify on Discord.

Give your action a title (optional). Check the pre-configured setting and click “Next”.

Configure the details of the message you want to send.
In this case, we want to share the transcribed data from the previous step. So select the Analysis Result from the retrieved value into the message box.
You can customize the message to how you want it to be sent.

Once configured, click "Test". If the test is successful, a notification will be sent to Discord.

Once confirmed, click "Save" to complete all settings.
Toggle the "Trigger On" button to activate your flow! Check if the Flowbot you set up is working properly.
