For those who want to try it immediately
In this article, we will introduce a method of integration using the no-code tool "Yoom". No complicated settings or operations are required, making it easy for non-engineers to implement. You can start right away using the template below, so please give it a try!
When a card is registered in Trello, add it to Notion.
How to Create a Workflow to Integrate Trello and Notion
So far, we have introduced the benefits. Now, let's quickly integrate the apps we will use this time with Yoom! Once you have completed the registration of My Apps, we will create a flow bot "Add to Notion when a card is registered in Trello".
Step 1: My Apps Integration
By integrating My Apps first, the subsequent settings will proceed smoothly. First, let's integrate Trello and Yoom that you are using. Select My Apps → "+ Add" from the left side of the Yoom page.
Please search for Trello. Please refer to this article for registration.
Next, integrate with Notion. Search by app name in the same way as before and proceed with the integration. Once logged in, don't forget to check the page you want to access. (Later, the page you want to add may not be reflected in the database integration.) This time, we want to register on a page called test1001, so we will check it.
Once the apps integrated with My Apps are displayed, it is complete.
Step 2: Set Triggers and Actions
This time, we will use it. Open the template page and click 'Try it'. If you are using Yoom, log in, and if you are new, please register as a member.
When a card is registered in Trello, add it to Notion.
When you proceed, the template will be automatically copied to your workspace. You can change the template name as needed. Click on My Projects on the left to find the template you just copied. Click the ellipsis (...) on the right and select Edit.
This time, it's just two steps. Let's set it up together!
Now, let's set up the app trigger. Select "When a card is newly created (Webhook)".
You can change the title to make it easier to understand. Check the account information to be linked. Keep the trigger action as it is and proceed to the next step. Please set the required fields.
Test without entering anything on the following screen, and if the Trello card information is reflected in the output, save it.
Next, click "Add Record". Again, check the account information to be linked. Keep the action as it is and link the database.
Proceed to the next step, and select the required fields from the output as follows.
Set the other fields in the same way.
Test this as well, and if there are no issues, save it.
Finally, turn on the app trigger to complete. Thank you for your hard work.
Even someone like me who is not familiar with programming was able to proceed easily. Here is the Flowbot used this time ↓
