■Overview
This is a flow that sends an email via Outlook to participants when an event is registered in the calendar on Garoon.
With Yoom, you can easily achieve this flow without any programming, as it allows for seamless integration between applications.
■Recommended for
1. Those who use Garoon for schedule management
・Those who want to smoothly share events added to the calendar
・Those who find it burdensome to communicate with participants
2. Those who share information using Outlook
・Those who want to receive information about events they will participate in via Outlook
■Benefits of using this template
Garoon's calendar function is useful for managing schedules for the entire team or department. However, frequently checking schedules on Garoon can prevent you from focusing on other tasks.
By implementing this flow, you can automatically notify participants via Outlook when an event is registered in Garoon's calendar. Team members can immediately receive information about events they will participate in, eliminating the need to frequently check Garoon. Additionally, automatic notifications facilitate smooth information sharing, reducing the risk of transcription errors or missed communications.
