■Overview
When a new lead is registered in Salesforce, a notification will be sent to a specified Chatwork chat room.
The notification can include lead information (such as name and contact details) in the message.
■Setup Instructions
・Connect both Salesforce and Chatwork apps with Yoom. (My App Integration)
・Set up the account information to be linked with the trigger "When a new lead is registered" in Salesforce.
・In Chatwork's "Notify Chatwork" operation, set the destination chat room and message content based on the lead information obtained from Salesforce.
■Notes
・It is necessary to set up the account information to be linked in each app's operation.
・Please replace the Chatwork chat room ID with a desired value for use.
・Salesforce is available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections set in the Flow Bot will result in errors, so please be aware.
・Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. You can use the restricted apps during the free trial period.
