■Flow Overview

1. Connect Asana and Salesforce to Yoom.
2. Select Asana as the trigger and set the action to “When a new task is added to a specific project.”
3. Set Salesforce’s “Add a record” action as the operation, and add a To Do record based on the information retrieved from Asana.

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

• In the Asana trigger settings, specify the workspace or project to monitor.
• For Salesforce’s “Add a record” action, specify the destination database.
  You can populate each field of the record with values retrieved by the Asana trigger.

• Connect both Asana and Salesforce to Yoom.
• Salesforce is available only on the Team and Success plans.
