With this workflow, simply enter the invitee’s information in a form to automatically invite them to Confluence and send a completion notification to Slack, making it easy to eliminate these challenges.

■Flow bot steps

First, connect Confluence and Slack to Yoom.
Next, select the form trigger feature as the trigger and set up an “Information input form” to collect details such as the email address of the user you want to invite.
Next, configure the Confluence “Invite user to site” action to send an invitation to the email address received through the form.
Finally, configure the Slack “Send a message to a channel” action to notify any channel that the invitation has been completed.

■Customization options

You can freely configure and add fields to the information input form, such as the invitee’s name and email address.
