When a page is created in Confluence, Gamma automatically generates a presentation based on its content.

■How the Flowbot Works
- First, connect Confluence, Gamma, and Discord to Yoom.
- Next, select Confluence as the trigger and set the action to “When a page is created.”
- Then, set the Confluence “Get a page” action in an operation to retrieve information from the newly created page.
- Next, use the retrieved information to set the “Generate a Gamma” action in Gamma.
- Add the “Wait” action in an operation to allow time for Gamma to finish generating the presentation.
- Finally, use the Gamma “Get the generated file” action in an operation, then send the presentation to the specified Discord channel using the “Send a file” action.

- In the Confluence trigger settings, specify the cloud ID you want to use to start the Flowbot.
- For the operation that sends a file to Discord, you can specify the destination channel and the message to be sent with the notification.
■Notes
- Connect each of Confluence, Gamma, and Discord to Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- The “Wait” operation is available only on the Team and Success plans. On the Free and Mini plans, the configured Flowbot operations and Data Connect will result in errors.
- Paid plans such as the Team and Success plans include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise subject to restrictions.
- Files up to 300 MB can be downloaded. Depending on the app specifications, the actual limit may be lower than 300 MB.
- For details on the file size limits for triggers and individual operations, see File Size Limits.
- Flowbots with more than five operations can be created on the Mini plan or higher. On the Free plan, Flowbots will not run.
