With this workflow, whenever an inquiry is submitted through Tally, ChatGPT automatically generates a response based on its content and sends the reply via Gmail. This reduces the effort required to handle inquiries and enables a fast initial response.

■Flow Bot steps

First, connect Tally, ChatGPT, and Gmail to Yoom.
Next, select Tally as the trigger and set the action to “When a form is submitted.”
Then, select ChatGPT as an operation and set the “Generate text” action to create a response based on the inquiry content.
Finally, select Gmail as an operation and set the “Send email” action. Configure the recipient and subject, and specify the text generated by ChatGPT as the email body.

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization options

In the Tally trigger settings, specify the form you want to use and configure it to receive webhook events.
For ChatGPT’s “Generate text” action, you can customize the instructions (prompt) for the response you want to generate. Including the inquiry content submitted through Tally enables ChatGPT to generate a more relevant response.
For Gmail’s “Send email” action, you can freely configure the subject and body. By specifying the text generated by ChatGPT in the previous step as the email body, you can send the automatically generated response.

■Notes

Connect Tally, ChatGPT, and Gmail to Yoom.
To run ChatGPT (OpenAI) actions, you need an OpenAI paid API plan. (You must have a payment method available when the API is used.)
OpenAI charges for ChatGPT API usage based on the number of tokens used when communicating with the API. As a result, an error may occur if payment cannot be processed when the API is used.
