- First, connect Slack and Google Drive to Yoom.
- Next, select Slack as the trigger and set the action to “When a message is posted to a channel (Webhook).”
- Next, set up the AI feature’s “Extract text” action as an operation to extract information such as the folder name from the Slack message.
- Next, set up Google Drive’s “Search for files and folders in a specific folder” action as an operation to find the folder to organize based on the extracted information.
- Finally, set up Google Drive’s “Change the destination folder for a file” action as an operation to move the folder you found to the archive folder.
