- Then, set up the branching feature in the operation and use the “Command operation” to continue with the subsequent process only when specific conditions are met.
- Finally, set the Microsoft Excel “Update records” action in the operation, and specify the file, sheet, row, and data to update.

- In the OneDrive trigger settings, specify the folder ID to determine which folder’s file creations or updates should be detected.
- With the branching feature’s command operation, you can flexibly define conditions that fit your business needs, such as continuing the process only for specific file names or file formats.
- In the Microsoft Excel “Update records” action, you can enter fixed values for the cells to update, or set dynamic values retrieved from OneDrive, such as the file name and update date and time.
■Important notes
- Connect both OneDrive and Microsoft Excel to Yoom.
- You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers plans for home use and business use (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
- Branching is an operation available on the Personal plan and above. On the Free plan, the configured flow bot operation will result in an error.
- Paid plans, such as the Personal plan, offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are subject to plan restrictions.
