Send a notification to Microsoft Teams when a row is added to a table in Coda

When managing tasks and projects in Coda, sharing updates with your team in Microsoft Teams every time can be time-consuming. Manual notifications can also lead to missed updates and delays.
With this workflow, whenever a row is added to a Coda table, a message is automatically sent to the configured Microsoft Teams channel, enabling smooth information sharing by connecting `Coda` and `Microsoft Teams`.

■Flowbot Workflow

1. First, connect Coda and Microsoft Teams to Yoom.
2. Next, select Coda as the trigger, set the action to “When a row is created in a table,” and specify the target table.
3. Finally, set the Microsoft Teams “Send a message to a channel” action as the operation and create the notification message.

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customizing This Workflow

• For Microsoft Teams notifications, you can choose which team and channel should receive the message.
• The notification message can be created dynamically by embedding Coda row information retrieved by the trigger, such as task names and assignees, as variables in addition to fixed text.
