■Workflow Steps

1. First, connect Asana and GitLab with Yoom
2. Next, select Asana as the trigger and set the action to “When a new task is added to a specific project”
3. Next, configure the branching feature in the operation settings so that only tasks matching specific conditions are processed
4. Finally, select GitLab in the operation settings and configure the “Create an issue” action to create an issue based on the Asana task details

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that processes information within the workflow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

• Set your preferred conditions for creating GitLab issues based on task information from Asana. For example, you can process only tasks with a specific label
• When creating an issue in GitLab, freely map and configure the Asana task name, details, and other information in the title and description

• You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
• Branching is an operation available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free plan, the configured workflow operation will result in an error.
