■Overview
If you use Raindrop.io to collect information and manage bookmarks, and Notion to manage tasks and projects, keeping information synced between these tools can quickly become a manual chore. Manually copying information takes time and can also lead to missed updates.
With this workflow, simply creating a new page in a Notion data source automatically creates the corresponding Raindrop.io Collection and reflects the information in Notion, making it easy to automate information sharing between Raindrop.io and Notion.

■How the Flowbot Works
- First, connect Notion and Raindrop.io to Yoom
- Select Notion as the trigger and set it to “When a page in a specific data source is created or updated”
- Next, configure a branch in the operation so the workflow proceeds only when the creation date and update date match
- Then, configure Notion’s “Retrieve a record (Search by ID)” operation to retrieve the required page information
- Next, configure Raindrop.io’s “Create Collection” operation to create a new Collection based on the Notion information
- Finally, configure Notion’s “Update a record (Search by ID)” operation to add the created Raindrop.io Collection information to the Notion page
※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action performed within the flow after the trigger starts.
■Customization Options
- In the Notion trigger settings, specify the ID of the data source you want to automate
- When creating a Collection in Raindrop.io, you can use dynamic information, such as setting the Notion page title as the Collection name
- For the Notion record update action, you can configure the workflow to write a link to the created Raindrop.io Collection to a specific property
■Notes
- Connect both Notion and Raindrop.io to Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Please note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- Branches are available as an operation on the Mini plan and above. On the Free plan, the configured Flowbot operation will result in an error.
- Paid plans, including the Mini plan, come with a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise restricted.
