■Workflow

- Select Asana as the trigger and set it to “When a new task is added to a specific project.” Specify the Asana project whose tasks should be converted into leads.
- Next, configure a branching feature in the operation to route subsequent processes based on specific conditions.
- Next, configure the “Extract Text” action in the operation to extract information such as the assignee from the Asana task.
- Next, configure Pipedrive’s “Add Person” action in the operation and map information such as the assignee from the Asana task.
- Next, configure Pipedrive’s “Add Organization” action in the operation and map information such as the organization name from the Asana task.
- Finally, configure Pipedrive’s “Create Lead” action in the operation, link it to the person and organization created in the previous steps, and set the Asana task title and description as lead information.
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that processes information within the workflow after the trigger runs.
■Customization Options
- In the Asana trigger settings, specify the workspace ID and project ID that should trigger lead creation
- With the branching feature, you can freely customize the conditions—for example, proceeding only when a task retrieved from Asana is assigned to a specific person or has a specific label
- When creating a lead in Pipedrive, you can reference information such as the Asana task name and assignee, and choose which Pipedrive fields to populate
■Notes
- Connect both Asana and Pipedrive to Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Please note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- Branching is an operation available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free Plan, operations configured in the workflow will result in an error.
