■Flow bot steps
- First, connect Microsoft Excel and SerpApi to Yoom.
- Set up the Schedule Trigger and specify when you want to run this workflow.
- Select Microsoft Excel in the operation and use the “Get multiple records (up to 10)” action to retrieve information such as search keywords.
- Next, set up the repeating process feature to repeat the process for the number of records retrieved.
- Within the repeating process, set up SerpApi’s “Get Google search results” action and run a search using the keywords retrieved from Microsoft Excel.
- Next, use the AI feature’s “Generate text” action to summarize the search results retrieved by SerpApi.
- Finally, set up Microsoft Excel’s “Update record” action to append the generated summary text to the original record.

- With the repeating process feature, set the list of records retrieved from Microsoft Excel in the previous step as a variable to repeat subsequent processes for each item of data retrieved.
- When running a Google search with SerpApi, set keywords retrieved from Microsoft Excel and other values as variables to enable dynamic searches.
- You can freely edit the AI prompt. Customize it to match your desired output, including the summary format and character count.
- When updating Microsoft Excel records, you can map which information, such as the AI-generated summary, should be written to each column.

- Connect both Microsoft Excel and SerpApi to Yoom.
- Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers personal and business plans (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
