Manually notifying Lark every time you share meeting notes or documents created in Notion is tedious. Manual sharing can also lead to delayed or missed notifications, disrupting smooth team collaboration. This workflow automates the Notion–Lark connection: whenever a new page is created in a specific Notion database, its content is automatically posted to Lark—solving these issues.

■Flowbot flow
- First, connect your Notion and Lark accounts to Yoom.
- For the trigger, choose Notion and set the 「When a page is created（Webhook）」 action.
- Next, in an operation, set Notion’s 「Get block information for a specific page」 action to fetch the created page’s content.
- Finally, in an operation, set Lark’s 「Send message」 action and send any message based on the retrieved page information.
