- First, connect Google Drive and Notion to Yoom.
- Next, select Google Drive as the trigger and set the action to “When a new file or folder is created in a specific folder.”
- Then, set the Google Drive “Download a file” action as an operation.
- Next, under the “Extract text with OCR” operation, set the “Read text from an image or PDF” action and specify the downloaded business card file.
- Finally, set Notion’s “Add a record” action as an operation and transfer the information extracted by OCR.

- Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies by plan.
- The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
