■Overview
Using the responses from the form, a quotation is issued using a pre-prepared Microsoft Excel quotation template and sent via email.
The issuance and sending of the quotation can be completed solely with the form responses.

・You can significantly reduce the time for document creation and sending as the quotation is automatically created and sent based on the form content.
・The format of the quotation does not change depending on the person, eliminating content errors.
■Preparation
・Pre-registration (integration) with the app to be used is required. Below is a reference guide for integration.

■Creation Method
① Select the form trigger from the trigger and configure the following settings.
・Each question item: Set question items such as company name and quotation details.
・Obtained values: You can input demo values, so input and save demo values and files for the subsequent test execution.

② Press the + mark under the trigger, select Excel from the operation to issue documents, and configure the following settings for testing and saving.
・File storage location: Select OneDrive or SharePoint where the target Excel is stored.
・Drive ID/Site ID: Select the drive ID for OneDrive or the site ID for SharePoint.
・Item ID: Click and select the Excel you want to issue from the candidates.
・File name (optional): If the item does not appear in the item ID, enter the file name here and select the item ID again.
・Folder ID for storage: Select the folder ID from the candidates where the document will be stored after issuance.
・Folder name for storage (optional): If the item does not appear in the folder ID, enter the folder name here and select the folder ID again.
・Output file name: Set an arbitrary file name. You can also embed the values obtained in ①. (Embedding of output)
・String to be replaced: Embed the values obtained in ① for the corresponding string.

③ Press the + mark, select any email tool from the operation to send an email, configure the following settings, and save.
・To: Embed the email address obtained in ① in advance.
・Subject/Body: Enter arbitrary text. You can also embed the company name or name obtained in ①.
・Attachment: Press add attachment, use output, and select the issued document for the value.
・Test: You can also perform a test on the next page. However, please be careful with the recipient as the email will actually be sent.

・Integration with Microsoft services is limited to Microsoft 365 online services and can be used with the specified plan by Microsoft.
