Click "Try this template".

Click "OK" and assign a name to the Flowbot for recognition.

The template will be copied to your "My Project".

Step 3: Set Up Trigger Action
Let’s create a trigger to activate when a message is sent to a Google Chat space. Click on the App Trigger action.

Give your trigger a title (optional). Check the pre-configured settings and click “Next”.

Set your trigger interval (how often you want Yoom to check Google Chat for new updates). It can be set to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. We recommend setting the trigger to the shortest activation interval available for your plan.
⚠️ Note: The trigger interval varies depending on your Yoom plan. Be sure to check your current plan’s limit.
Enter the space resource name.

Once the settings are complete, send a test message in Google Chat.
If the test is successful, the test message will be reflected in the retrieved value.
After confirming that the retrieved value is correct, click “Save” to finalize the setup.
📚 Reference: For more details on retrieved values and how to set them up, see the guide here.
Step 4: Translate the Message
Click on the “Translate” action.

Next, select the action.
You can choose based on how many characters to translate and select the type of GPT model for the action.
Once configured, click “Next”.

Select the text to be translated.
When a message is sent to a Google Chat space, you can automatically use the retrieved value from the previous step, “message content” and translate it.
Click inside the box, then select “message content” from the Google Chat’s retrieved value to specify in the text field for translation.

Once the settings are complete, run a test.
If the retrieved value is correct, click “Save”.
Step 5: Send Message to Channel
Let’s set up to share the translated message in Slack. Click on the Slack action item.

Give your action a title (optional). Then check the pre-configured settings, and click “Next”.

Select the Channel ID (where you want to share your translated message) from the displayed options.

Let’s set up the message and post the translation result to Slack.
Click inside the box and select “Translation Result” from the previous action’s retrieved value. By configuring it as below, you can automatically use the AI’s translated message and post it to Slack.
You can customize the message as needed.

When you run a test, a test message will be sent to Slack. If the translation result is correctly sent, click “Save”.
Step 6: Activate the Flowbot
Toggle the "Trigger On" button to activate your flow!
Check if the Flowbot you set up is working properly.

That’s it! 🎉 The Flowbot is now complete!
